Alhamdulillah, it's RAMADHAN.
Now remember, it's the month of fasting, the month of simplicity, do not overeat, do not over spend, take care of your behaviour to be in the best shape.
Cook your own meal. That way, you can control the portion, the ingredients.
Take kurma/ tamar, it's sunnah. It's nutritious. It gives you energy through out the day.
Do not forget to take lots of water during sahur and iftar. It's essential.
It's the best time to cleanse, so make the most of it. Ditch the fry food, fast food, unhealthy stuff. Take herbs for detox, food that is good for your gut.
By eating healthy, you get to perform salah at night with grace insyaAllah. Try it!
Here's a recipe you can try:
Ingredient A:
1 glass of cold water
3 large strawberries (can replace with any fruit eg dates etc)
Ingredient B:
1 packet of JIA HOR FIBER
1 packet of JIA HOR SOYA PROTEIN
1 packet of LACTOBERRY
1 tbs of pure raw honey
1 glass of fresh milk
Blend A until the fruits are crushed.Pour in ingredient B to the mixture. Blend again for awhile.
After 2 minutes, it's ready to drink.
Easy peasy lets eat healthy!
