How to check your colon's health.
This technique is called Shiatsu Massage. The points for your colon are the area near your thumb (at the palm). You can refer the picture below.
Right hand represents the ascending colon.
Left hand represents the descending colon.
2 ways to check:
1) Look at the colon point. Check on the color of the palm.
If it's red in color, it's healthy.
If the color is blue or green, shows that your colon has started to weaken.
2) Apply soft pressure (massage) on the points.
If you feel pain, go and get your colon healthy back.
Here are some tips:
Eat more fiber.
Drink more water.
Take natural herbs that can do detoxification.
As for me, I took Lingzhi, Lactoberry and Jia Hor Fibre and lots and lots of water to keep my tummy happy :)
