Pre-Day I
I felt some pain on the left arm(wing) towards the armpit area. This pain lasted for 2 3 days. Nothing appeared (redness, rashes etc) so I thought it was because no blood circulation go thru my arm due to bad sleeping position (so confident because I did stress on sleeping on my left side that week as I was uncomfortable sleeping other side).
Day I
After 2/3 days, I noticed small rashes (4 batches ; 1 at the back, 2 were between armpit n breast, 1 at the areola). I panicked of course! Women (especially) are scared if anything appear at these areas. However, the pain was gone after the rashes appeared. I immediately took 4 sachets of CEO Cafe 3 in 1 in a mug. Then another 2 sachets before I went to sleep.

After washing off the Greenzhi from overnight's lathering, I sprinkle (:|) 1 sachet of CEO Cafe on the rashes (mix with some water). (I wished I was in a spa doing this and not suffering :-< ) I still maintained 6 sachets of CEO Cafe and 20 tablets. Towards midnight, the pain was too unbearable, so I took another 10 tablets. Let me share the feeling of pain to you. Imagine a sharp pointy needle, poke your skin many many times at different2 areas of your body simultaneously. Can you feel it? My pain I meant :P Sweet sweet feeling of pain, I really hope the sins that go with the pain were a lot Ameen... :|

I became familiar with which areas generating (?!) the pain and tried as much as possible to not giving pressure to those areas. I sleep most of the times to avoid feeling the pain.I decided to pray at sitting position (masyaAllah how considerate Islam is and Alhamdulillah I can still perform my prayers). I finished off my 10 tablets, took another 6 sachets of CEO, mix 1 Jia Hor Soya Protein Powder + 2 sachets of Lactoberry with water. I noticed the rashes at the areola had dried off. Before bed, I lather generous amount of Greenzhi.

The 3rd and 4th day, the pain was too much, I only can stay at home tawakkal to Allah :|. So after feeling a little bit better (the 5th day after rashes appeared), I drove to see the doctor. It soothed me down after reading more on herpes but was still alarmed. The doctor suggested to take antiviral but I refused to buy any (yeah I know I told some ppl I took it but actually I didn't :| ). Appetite was back to normal after few days of eating v little. Before lunch, I took 10 capsules of Yung Kien Ganoderma. Took another 10 capsules after lunch. After Maghrib prayer, took another 10 capsules. Before bed, I took 2 sachets of CEO and add in 2 capsules of YK Ganoderma (open capsules and pour all in).
Day VII
Alhamdulillah, no more new breakouts but there was 1 acne- like- lump appeared on my back; hurt only when putting pressure on it. Many more rashes had dried off. However, the pain was still there. I took 15 capsules of YK Ganoderma and 2 sachets of Soya Protein + 4 sachets of Lactoberry (shake with water) as breakfast. Felt sleepy immediately and went to sleep (as I didn't get enough sleep the night before because of the pain ). Woke up at noon and took another 5 capsules of YK Ganoderma. I had 4 sachets of CEO Cafe in the evening. Right after Maghrib prayer, I pass motion (dark coloured fluid). Later at night, I took another 7 capsules . Before bed, I mix together 1 capsule of YK Ganoderma (open capsule) with generous amount of Greenzhi and lather on the rashes. I must say, the scent from this paste gave such calming effect. I love it.
Day VIII
I maintained 20 capsules of YK Ganoderma and 6 sachets of CEO Cafe. I did not wash off the paste from last night's lather.
Day IX
The next day, I took 4 sachets of CEO Cafe in the morning. Later, I took 10 capsules of YK Ganoderma. I had a dark stool soon after. I managed to peel off the paste (took me about 1 hr phew) from the rashes. Soon after that, the pain was really bad ( I guess the paste really had a calming effect to my nerves). So I immediately took 15 capsules of YK Ganoderma. Then I had my 2nd bowel movement and it was dark in colour. I started to feel a little feverish so I took a rest and went to sleep for about 2hrs+. Felt better after the rest and took another 5 capsules of YK Ganoderma. Later at night, I took 2 sachets of CEO Cafe. The big size rashes had started to dry and leave nasty marks (Sigh). I will deal with those marks later (with Soya Protein and VCare Body Lotion)

Today I feel so much better. I am able to pray while standing. I am very happy. I hope all rashes dry off well. This morning I had 4 sachets of CEO Cafe and 10 capsules YK Ganoderma and 5 sachets of Lactoberry.
For 10days, I took:
1) 2 bottles of YK Ganoderma
2) 1 box of Nutri-health Tablets
3) 3 boxes of CEO Cafe 3 in 1
4) 1 box of Lactoberry
5) Almost 1 tube of Greenzhi
6) 5 sachets of Soya Protein Powder
Burn big hole to my pocket *Cough* but alhamdulillah I am recovering and I didn't take anything that will harm my body even more. Knowing what Lingzhi can do, which not only concentrate to fixing 1 problem but the whole body, I am glad to burn as many holes (as I can? :| )
I think, if I take YK Ganoderma earlier (or YK2), I will heal faster (and save more money). Nevertheless, I am happy with my recovery. InsyaAllah, will take more Soya Protein Powder and Lactoberry to get rid of the nasty marks :)
