MLM (Intelligence Distribution) vs Selling

Before I join Shuang Hor, my perception towards MLM is simple -it is all about selling and finding people to do the selling together and fast money. Very shallow minded I know.  But after I have join this business, MLM is much much more than that. This entry is from the seminar I attended early this week.

There is not much to say about selling. You have the product, and you try to sell out the product...and that's it!

Many think that MLM is about hard sell.
Many are afraid that when joining MLM, you'll lose many friends because of the hard selling.
Many think that MLM is all about generating extra income. There are a lot of ways you can generate extra income and not only through MLM (in fact you can actually earn more doing other things than MLM).
But the truth is, MLM is about BUILDING ASSETS and DEALS WITH INFORMATION & KNOWLEDGE.

Asset is something that can bring money to you every month. To own an asset doesn't acquire you to put in a lot of money but instead try to build the asset from zero. In MLM, network is the asset. The bigger the network, the bigger is the asset.

Information and knowledge is essential in life. Everyone knows that. Else, you will not have anything to talk about. The information and knowledge in MLM (especially in Shuang Hor) is the knowledge on health, the products and how to go about doing this business. These infos are collected from all the meetings and books we read ( and the activities we do everyday ). Without education, we can't go far.
Some called MLM the intelligence distribution.

Now that you know what MLM is all about, what are the jobscopes?

1) COMMUNICATE THE INFORMATION
The success of this is business is not how much you sell but how well you convey the information to other people. In order to be successful, ample knowledge is needed. So learning is very important. Learn about ALL aspects related to this business. This jobscope is as honourable as being an educator.

2) TELL OWN STORY
If you are to go about to share about the products and business, share from the heart. The best is to share your own stories, own testimonies. Friends or families we go about to share the knowledge won't know about the products. They may not heard about the company at all. The major reason they buy and use the products is because they trust us, the sincerity from sharing the products / business. Definitely, you can't share your own stories IF you have not use the products / embark in this business. So, use, experience and share the stories :)

3) DO DUPLICATION
The main thing about MLM is building asset. That is building network, create leaders. Duplicate as much as possible of what the leaders do in this business, and try to duplicate that to your network.

A successful Shuang Horian will not only have time, money and health simultaneously, but also developed these characteristics:
1) MORAL 2) SPIRITUAL 3) ETHICAL 4) KIND
